What’s covered

POLYWOOD® furniture purchased from Amish Billt is covered by POLYWOOD’s Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty against certain defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage terms differ for residential and commercial use.

• Residential use: up to 20 years on POLYWOOD lumber, with shorter periods for components such as hardware, fabrics, cushions, and umbrellas.
• Commercial use: up to 3 years, with shorter periods on certain components. Commercial use includes restaurants, hotels, apartment communities, HOAs, offices, and other public or business settings — if you’re buying for commercial use, let us know at the time of purchase.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. Amish Billt does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and does not issue refunds for change of mind, color or style preference, sizing, fit, or ordering errors. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

The only exception is a manufacturer defect covered under the POLYWOOD warranty, which is handled through the warranty claim process below — not as a return.

What’s generally excluded

Normal wear, fading, weathering, and color variation; damage from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized coatings or chemicals, heat, stains, or environmental conditions; and any use outside the product’s intended purpose. Excluded issues are not eligible for warranty, return, or refund.

Making a claim

Contact Amish Billt first. We’ll point you to the right process and help gather what POLYWOOD needs, including proof of purchase, a description and photos of the issue, and product information if available.

POLYWOOD evaluates all claims and determines any remedy under its warranty. Amish Billt does not determine coverage and cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim.
